  3. The Website user is any entity or unit using the Website.
  4. The Website uses personal data to present the offer or information regarding the activities of the Administrator and his associates, including subsidiaries or affiliates, and to respond to the notification sent by the website user via e-mail, telephone number or the contact form on the website.
  5. The Website obtains information about users and their behavior by saving cookie files in end devices ( "cookies").

    INPROGRESS may collect information from you because:

    • we have a legal basis (permitted by law (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR) or contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR) ) to collect the information,
    • because you have given your consent for a specific purpose (Article 6(1)(a)),
    • because we have a legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).

    You may provide us with information about yourself with your consent such as your name, email address, phone number when you contact us via contact forms on websites, social media, and through emails.

    Information obtained from other sources

    If you purchase a DTMethod exam, take a DTMethod exam, want to become or are an accredited DTMethod trainer or facilitator, your employer designates you as a contact person within the Accredited Training Organization's business accreditation with the owner of the methodology, our business partner may provide us with certain personal information about you (such as name and email address, phone number, exam score, type of exam purchased, accreditation status), job title. The privacy policy of the relevant business partner / training provider will indicate how they use your data and share this information with us. Make sure you are comfortable with their privacy terms by reviewing their privacy policy.

    Information on the use of websites and online platforms

    We use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standardised information about site efficiency. This information is processed in such a way that it does not identify individuals. Information about your Internet usage is collected by our web server and from other sources, including browsers, Internet service providers, site tagging techniques and cookies. We use IP addresses to analyse trends, track user traffic and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.

    In addition to the information you provide, we receive and store a range of website usage information each time you use one of our websites. If we want to collect personal information, we will be clear and specific about why we need the information and ask you for your consent.

    We use it to:

    • evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
    • develop and provide services and information that better meet your needs
    • to keep you informed about events, services and products that we think are relevant to you, where you have consented to be contacted for such purposes.

    Cookies and relevant marketing techniques 

    Our websites place small files (known as ‘cookies’) on your computer to collect information about how you use our site. Cookie files (so called ‘cookies’) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the Website User’s device and are intended for use on the Website.  

    The entity placing cookies on the Website User's device and accessing them is the Website Administrator. 

    The websites do not use cookies to identify you personally, but to gain useful knowledge about how you use the website so that we can continually improve it for our users. 

    Before we save a cookie on your computer, you will see a message displayed on the website. 

    Web browsing software (Internet browser) usually allows the storage of cookies on the User's device by default. Users of the Website may change their settings in this respect.     An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Website Administrator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates of programming components. 

    Cookies placed in the Website User's device may also be used by entities cooperating with the Website Operator, as specified in the table below. 

    The login and entry points for personal data are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This ensures that the personal and login data entered on the Website are encrypted on the user's computer and can only be read on the target server.  

    In order to protect the data, the Website Administrator regularly makes back-up copies.  

    The Website Administrator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The service is based on the use of cookies on the User's device.   5. Why does Inprogress collect personal data?

    It collects information for some or all of the following reasons:

    • As the owner of the DTMethod, we are obliged to control information about examinations conducted and their results, coaching accreditations, company accreditations granted by our business partners in order to assess the correctness of the accreditation process and its continuous improvement,
    • To provide you with information about our DTMethod,
    • To provide you with marketing information about our methodology and its changes if you have agreed to receive it,
    • To reply to your message received by email or via the contact form,
    • To send you newsletter, if you have subscribed to it,
    • For legal reasons, if you have entered into a contract with us.
    • To improve the use of the Website and for the purposes indicated in point 4. Cookies.
  6. What legal basis does Inprogress have for processing my data?

    Inprogress may process your data because:

    • We have a contract with you (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);
    • You have given us your consent to do so (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR);
    • We have a legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);
    • We have a legal basis (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR).

    These are all reasons why Inprogress can legally process the information we hold about you.

  7. Where we store your personal data?

    We store and process your personal data primarily in the EU/European Economic Area ("EEA").

    Only after accepting cookies when using the Website, personal data may be transferred to a third country. The legal basis for the transfer of data are standard contractual clauses. The adopted standard contractual clauses are in line with the European Commission Decision 2021/914 on standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data to third countries.

  8. How long will we keep your personal data?

    INPROGRESS will not keep your personal data longer than required.

    We will keep your personal data:

    • As long as required by law,
    • Until we no longer have a good reason to keep it,
    • Until you ask us to stop processing them,
    • for purposes based on consent, until the consent is withdrawn, but not longer than 2 months.

    We will keep the personal data we collect for as long as necessary to do what we say in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

    We may keep enough of your personal data to ensure that we comply with your requests not to use your personal data or to comply with your right to erasure.

  9. What happens if I decide not to provide my personal data?

    If the personal data are necessary for our business partner to provide you with goods or services under a contract between you and the partner, you will not enter into a contract with the business partner and the business partner will not provide the services to you.

    We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal data to third parties.

  11. Information on the rights of the data subject

    The data subject has the right:

    1. to have access to his/her data and to receive a copy thereof,
    2. to rectify (amend) his/her data,
    3. to remove, restrict or object to its processing,
    4. to data portability,
    5. to make a complaint to the supervisory authority - the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

SOCIAL MEDIA PLUGINS

The website administrator uses plugins from the social networks Facebook, LinkedIn, and Youtube. If the Website user does not want to allow Facebook, LinkedIn to associate the data collected via the Website directly with the User's account on the indicated websites, before entering the Website, the User should log out of Facebook, LinkedIn. The technology of social media plugins means that Facebook (Facebook Ireland Ltd.), LinkedIn (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company), Youtube (Google Ireland) knows that a given person registered in it uses the Website. In this case, it uses data for which it is a joint controller. The Website Administrator does not provide any additional personal data to Facebook, LinkedIn, and Youtube. The service is based on the use of cookies.

CONCLUSION A NEWSLETTER SERVICE AGREEMENT  

  1. A person using the Website, hereinafter referred to as „the User”, by subscribing to the Newsletter service on the Website, concludes an agreement with INPROGRESS for the provision of electronic services for an indefinite period (hereinafter: "Agreement").
  2. To the one referred to in par. 1 of the service, the User may subscribe via the Newsletter Subscription form.
  3. As part of the Agreement , INPROGRESS will send to the e-mail address, provided by the User, information about the current offer, promotions and discounts offered by INPROGRESS, in particular:
    1. articles with substantive content,
    2. information from the company's life (news),
    3. information about new products and services,
    4. commercial information,
    5. information about completed projects - case study,
    6. reports and studies made by INPROGRESS or on behalf of INPROGRESS,
    7. invitations to social media group communities,
    8. invitations to webinars and conferences,
    9. invitations and information about our trainings.
  4. The INPROGRESS service covered by the Agreement is free of charge, however, it requires the User's consent, as well as the indication of the e-mail address to which the information specified in par. 3 are to be sending.
  5. INPROGRESS may terminate the Agreement if 1) the User is using it with services contrary to the rules and principles of the Website, 2) contrary to the rules of conduct with the standards of conduct, also on the basis of provisions on the rights of persons, committing a crime, as well as violating the rights of persons, activities, 3) The User reserves the right to send unsolicited information, or 4) The User blatantly or persistently violate the provisions of the Privacy Policy.
  6. The User may terminate the Agreement for the provision of electronic services

      at any time with immediate effect.

  1. The declaration of termination of the Agreement is submitted to the e-mail addresses of INPROGRESS and the User. Termination of the contract results in the permanent removal of the User's e-mail address from the Newsletter database.
