Applying DTMethod - the Design Thinking methodology to create solutions.

While developing DTMEthod, the Inprogress Design Lab team worked not only with scientists and employees of the University of Technology in Krakow, but also with various organizations. The goal of this cooperation was to test the DTMethod methodology in a business environment. Thanks to the readiness of PWC to support our initiative, DTM could finally see the day.

PWC is a leading global consulting organization. Their goal is to build social trust and solve key issues.

Solving key issues faced by stakeholders is the idea of design thinking. That is why our priority was to gain partnership with PWC in testing and development of DTMethod.

Our cooperation started at the beginning of the pandemic, which determined the means of leading Design Thinking processes and allowed us to adjust the methodology to remote work.

The goal of the cooperation with PWC was to come up with a solution to two challenges:

  • Effective cooperation and communication with clients
  • Increase employee engagement.
