How can you use Design Thinking for the challenges of HR?

The DTMethod is a methodology that effectively helps organizations from various industries solve their business challenges. We do not throw these words to the wind and we are sure that they are in line with reality. When developing the methodology, we focused on collaboration, thanks to which we verified our assumptions in practice.

One such example is Grand Parade, the technology center of William Hill, one of the largest sports betting operators in the world. IT Solutions used by millions of customers around the world are developed in the Krakow office.

"We’re creating a workplace where people enjoy working" are words that can help you understand the Grand Parade Challenge. It came from HR and concerned, among other things:

  • developing a strategy for Grand Parade as a multicultural workplace,
  • creating pleasant working conditions for both Poles and expats,
  • developing more comprehensive support for employees and their environment (including their families).

Grand Parade did not start from scratch in this area, but needed support to perfect it in their company. Together, we decided to hold inpatient workshops that 10 people attended. See what it looked like!

The creative atmosphere was shared by the participants, resulting in great solutions, some of which are already being implemented! Want to see what they are?

Check out our case study to learn how the DTMethod process went step by step and find details about the solutions developed during the workshop.
